It features a 1 1/8" thick particleboard top with a melamine finish in your choice of color. The surface is thermofused and trimmed with PVC edge banding to prevent chipping and peeling. The 2 1/8" oval legs are made of 16-gauge steel and adjust from 21" to 30" in 1" increments. Nickel-plated steel glides keep this school desk level and wobble-free.
