Call us at (877) 839-3330 or chat with us immediately to cancel or change items on your order. We may not be able to cancel made-to-order furniture that has begun production. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

Report any damages or problems with merchandise within five days of receipt. Please keep original packaging until a final resolution is made.

• Return items within 30 days of receipt as Schools In does not accept returns after 30 days. Returns will be subject to restock fees, which vary by manufacturer. Schools In is not responsible for freight charges or shipping costs to return merchandise.
• Custom orders are non-returnable. Request free color samples for most products before ordering to ensure you are satisfied.
• All items must be returned in the original carton, undamaged, unassembled and unused.
