Ettore was founded in the 1920s by Italian immigrant Ettore Steccone. Mr. Steccone came to the United States after WWI and cleaned windows to make a living. He didn’t like the heavy tools that were commonly used at the time, so he spent 10 years perfecting his own squeegee. His focus was primarily on the cut and quality of the rubber blade. The Ettore Squeegee was patented in 1936.
Nearly a century later, product quality remains the focus of Ettore’s employees. This family-run company now offers a full line of cleaning tools for commercial and residential use.
