Cabinet Countertops

SCHOOLSin carries two varieties of countertops for Diversified Woodcrafts' line of science cabinets. The first option is a black phenolic resin countertop, constructed of a composite that is thermo-fused under heat and pressure to render it chemical resistant throughout its entire thickness. Phenolic resin will not stain or etch when exposed to most chemical solvents. The second option is a black solid epoxy resin countertop, constructed of modified epoxy resins that are completely oven cured during processing. This countertop is impervious to normal laboratory chemicals, heat and moisture. Both countertop options are 1" thick and include a 4" backsplash.
